Livina Press is independently run by Laci Felker. She graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in history. She received her Paralegal Studies Certificate through LSU's Online and Continuing Education program in May 2023, and currently works as a paralegal in Florida.

Since she graduated, she has been published in various literary magazines such as The Hallowzine, The Elpis Pages: A Collective, Levatio, and a local Baton Rouge magazine called Country Roads.

She has been writing for as long as she can remember and hopes to obtain more acceptances in the future and work on a novel idea that she would like to one day publish.
